Individual Training
One-to-one sessions with a training plan built around your body and goals.

I’m a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I take an individual approach to training, helping people understand their bodies, enjoy movement, and improve posture. Together, we build strength that improves quality of life.
One-to-one sessions with a training plan built around your body and goals.
Train with a friend or partner. You share the session, while the exercises are adjusted individually for each person.
For adults who want to improve strength, posture, mobility, or return to regular exercise. Training is adapted to your current abilities and goals.
Strength training becomes especially important after 40 for maintaining muscle mass, supporting bone health, and improving balance. I offer programs specifically designed around these needs.
Individual training focused on maintaining strength, balance, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement. Each program is adapted to the client’s abilities and needs.
Your first session begins with a movement assessment. We look at how your body moves, which muscles tend to take over, and which need more support. Based on this, I create your Personal Movement Map.
The map gives us one clear focus for the month. Every week, you receive an updated home practice with simple exercises chosen specifically for what we are working on in your sessions. Each month, we check your progress and adjust the focus for the next month.

Before becoming a trainer, I worked as a fashion model. I was constantly thinking about how to lose weight and stay in shape. I under-ate, did exhausting cardio, and pushed my body through workouts I didn’t enjoy.
Eventually, I understood that I couldn’t continue like this. I knew I was doing something wrong, so I started looking for a different way to exercise. I began learning how the body works and discovered that training could actually be enjoyable. It could help me feel better not only during a workout, but in everyday life.
I realized how important it is to listen to your body instead of punishing it. That was when I knew I wanted to help other people reconnect with their bodies. That desire became my passion and my profession.
I was lucky to begin my career as a personal trainer working with older adults. Working with them showed me how much strength, balance, and mobility affect everyday life. It also made me understand why prevention matters and led me to study corrective exercise more deeply.
Today, I work with people of different ages. What matters is not age, but the desire to feel better in everyday life and reconnect with your body.
A simple full-body flow to help you feel good.
We’ll look at how your body moves, discuss what you would like to improve, and identify a starting point for training. In-person sessions take place in San José del Cabo. If you’re elsewhere, we can work together online.
